Services

NXT-SHIFT Media provides professional sports photography and related digital and print products. Services may include event coverage, digital downloads, and printed photographic products.

Purchases & Payments

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Full payment is required at the time of purchase. All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

Digital Content

Digital images are delivered electronically. Once digital files are delivered or downloaded, they are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for downloading and securely storing their purchased files.

Prints & Fulfillment

Print products are fulfilled through third-party professional labs. Production times and delivery estimates may vary. Minor color differences between digital previews and printed products are normal and not considered defects.

Intellectual Property

All images and content produced by NXT-SHIFT Media remain the exclusive intellectual property of NXT-SHIFT Media. Purchase of images grants a limited license for personal use only and does not transfer ownership or copyright.

Permitted Use

Images may be used for personal purposes such as social media, personal websites, recruiting profiles, and personal printing. Commercial, promotional, editorial, or resale use requires prior written permission and a separate licensing agreement.

Prohibited Use

Customers may not sell, distribute, sublicense, edit beyond basic cropping, remove watermarks, or use images in a misleading or defamatory manner.

Event Coverage Disclaimer

While every effort is made to capture high-quality images, NXT-SHIFT Media does not guarantee coverage of every participant, team, or moment at any event.

Limitation of Liability

NXT-SHIFT Media is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use purchased products or services.

Termination of Access

NXT-SHIFT Media reserves the right to revoke access to galleries, downloads, or licenses if these Terms of Service are violated.
